Yoga: Practices to include vinyasa flow, yin and restorative, yoga nidra, breath work and guided meditation.
Included excursions:
A guided tour to the local Cahuita National Park to experience its wonders and wildlife.
Horseback riding on the beach.
Brie-Brie - A full day, shamanic immersion visiting a local village with cacao ceremony and lunch.
Trips to local waterfalls.
Day excursion to local town for shopping and sightseeing.
